There are currently three choices for downloading CBS, depending on your operating system and experience level:
Instant CBS is a pre-packaged version of Instant Rails. It is a complete web server, database and CBS package. This is an excellent way to evaluate the application or for running in a small clinic environment (< 5 pcs).

CBS Locomotive is not released yet. It is planned that Version 1.1 will be released in a Locomotive package. For now, you can make your own by downloading locomotive and the rails source code.
